Acquired in February of 2018, East Tampa Warehouses was purchased due to its low price per foot and below market rents. Within a few years, the property's gross revenue was more than doubled resulting in a significant appreciation in value.  We also completed approximately $250,000 in capital improvements including a new roof, new exterior paint, new asphalt parking lots, new signage and improving the unit layouts to maximize rental income for the property.

Since the purchase, investors have recovered all of their original equity and are currently receiving monthly distributions well surpassing initial estimates.
